Hi, I’m Sharon a certified coach, passionate advocate for neurodiversity.​​

I believe that every neurodivergent person whether ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, or identifying with another neurotype already holds the keys to their own success.

My role is to help you find them, trust them, and build a life that works for you.

Before becoming a coach, I spent ten years serving as a Garda.

That chapter of my life taught me empathy, resilience, and a powerful commitment to helping others.

After an injury forced me to step away from that work and caused me to have to re-evaluate my life leading me to find coaching. 

Coaching didn’t just help me heal it gave me a renewed sense of purpose.

Now, through True Inclusion Coaching, I’m here to walk alongside others on their own journey offering support, structure, and space to grow in ways that feel safe, real, and affirming.
