My coaching style is collaborative, strengths-based, and deeply client-centered.

Instead, I partner with you asking powerful questions, listening deeply, and creating space for your own inner wisdom to emerge.

 

Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, define what thriving looks like for you, and build strategies that actually work for your life, your brain, and your values.​

 

My role is to walk beside you offering guidance, encouragement, and a safe space for reflection, clarity, and growth.​​

I believe true inclusion means recognizing, embracing, and celebrating the rich diversity of neurodivergent experiences.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a space where your way of being is not only accepted it's honored.

Through collaborative conversations and guided self-reflection, we’ll explore your strengths, define your goals, and create meaningful, sustainable steps that support you in thriving just as you are.

I believe neurodivergence is a difference, not a deficit and certainly not something to be “fixed.”

My focus is on helping you grow with self-trust, self-awareness, and compassion.

While coaching can be deeply supportive, it’s important to understand that it’s not the same as therapy.

Coaching focuses on the present and future exploring goals, values, and actionable steps forward.

It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or delve into past trauma.
